Preparing For A Lifestyle Detox

What Will We Do For 5 Days?

We will empower you in several different subjects, including: wellness in your household products and how to make that transition easy, clean beauty products and which ones we recommend (we're bringing in a guest blogger for this one!), easy and clean recipes for your meal plan inspiration, tips and ideas for implementing intentional movement into your day, as well as self-care, and more! 

Each morning, there will be an email sent out with our goals for that day, and that day only. (One day at a time!) There will also be new posts daily in our closed Facebook group, which will include tips on how to accomplish that day's goals, fresh ideas on how to incorporate your oils into your day, advice and encouragement, and more. So much goodness! 

At the end of our 5 day reset, you will receive an email containing all of our meal plans, essential oils tips, and a FREE 30 Minute Zoom Chat with me, to help you make a game plan going forward! There will be a closed Facebook group just for those who register, and will connect you to others who are doing this along side you!
